Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This permanent role sits within our development team and offers a wide variety of work, developing widely transferable skills. The role supports the delivery of technical digital solutions that address business problems and support major digital transformation, especially in regulatory services for the Environment Agency.

As a member of the team you will manage yourself, work flexibly across dispersed project groups, and lead on technical development areas and solutions. You will contribute to digital product development, configuration services, and support operations staff across digital and business activity areas. You will also help build and sustain collaborative partnerships with staff to deliver innovative, integrated outcomes.

• Digital product management or environment practitioner experience.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP (Document Core Pack), Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access, and application configuration.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to convey that understanding to non-technical clients.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and develop sustainable partner relationships.
• Creative, innovative thinking to develop solutions that meet internal and external customer needs.

• Achieves Results – Demonstrate setting and delivering high work standards, meeting targets, and prioritising and organising tasks to achieve results.
• Focuses on Efficiency, Innovation and Quality – Identify and implement new or improved methods, processes and services without compromising quality or accuracy.
