Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager – Mole Valley Farmers, Hexham

We have a key position at our store in Hexham for an Assistant Manager to join the team. As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to inspire, develop, motivate and lead the team. You will be a key member of the store management team, deputising in the Store Manager’s absence. By delivering exceptional levels of customer service, you will work together to maximise the store’s sales and relationship with the local community.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full‑time
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis

• Management experience in a similar environment
• Confidence in your decision making and taking responsibility
• The ability to drive store standards through engaging and motivating the team
• Support in the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Positivity and motivation with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Passion to deliver operational excellence and commercial decisions
