Diagnostic Automotive Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cars, a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace automotive parts such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

• Ability to turn at least 40 flat‑rate hours per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for learning and developing skillset.

• Completion of an automotive technology program.
• ASE certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with air brake systems.

Competitive pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (flat rate with hourly base). Comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.
