Experienced European Tech? We Want You.
Diagnostic Beast Without Euro Experience? Let’s Talk.
We are a growing, European-focused shop looking for a strong technician who takes pride in diagnostics and quality repairs.
If you're tired of flat-rate chaos, 6-day weeks, or corporate micromanagement — this is your sign.
THE SCHEDULE (Yes, It’s Real)
Monday–Thursday
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF
That’s a guaranteed 3-day weekend — every single week.
More time with family.
More time for hobbies.
More time to recharge.
We believe great techs perform better when they’re not burned out.
WHO WE’RE REALLY LOOKING FOR
Ideal Candidate:
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience
• Strong European background (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, MINI, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar)
• Confident in diagnostics — not just parts swapping
• Comfortable with scan tools, wiring diagrams, and problem-solving
BUT — Read This
If you don’t have heavy European experience yet…
BUT you are:
• Extremely strong with diagnostics
• Electrically sharp
• Logical thinker
• Hungry to grow
• The tech other techs ask for help
We absolutely want to speak with you.
We can teach platforms.
We cannot teach talent and mindset.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We respect skilled technicians and treat them like professionals — not numbers.
