Solaris Health Care Osceola is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to assess training needs of nursing staff, develop, implement, and evaluate staff development programs, including orientation and continuing education, in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act.
Licensed RN in Florida required; BSN preferred. Two years of teaching experience in long-term care is preferred. This role includes collaboration with nursing leadership and adherence to AHCA background screening requirements.
