Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Automotive Technician. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to the highest manufacturer standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

• Perform diagnostics, service, and repair work on prestige vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Accurately complete job cards and service documentation using dealership systems.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controller to communicate technical information and ensure work is completed on time.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and specialist tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Carry out road tests and quality control inspections to ensure work has been completed to a high standard.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with technological advances and model changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment in line with health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Technician (prestige or performance brands preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence (manual and/or automatic).
• MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential).
• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic tools and workshop systems

• A meticulous and methodical approach to fault finding and repair.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail with pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
