Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑5 pm

Key Responsibilities- Site Surveys:
Conducting on‑site inspections to assess existing windows, doors, glazing, and structures or other building items as needed. - Measurements:
Accurately measuring and recording data for new windows and doors, curtain wall or other building items as needed. - Problem Identification:
Identifying site‑specific issues and recording them on the survey for later analysis to ensure technical verification of the order. - Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, industry standards in line with the company procedures and contractual requirements. - Order Validation:
Producing drawings and schedules to ensure customer sign‑off prior to onward production and buying scheduling. - Technical Expertise:
Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. - Budget:
Ensuring the budgeted cost meets both company and client requirements. - Time:
Ensuring all critical paths are on time or extended by consent of the customer or company agreed timescales.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in window surveying, glazing, or a related industry in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 in window surveying, CSCS gold card.
- Strong knowledge of commercial glazing systems, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Physical ability: climb, kneel, crouch, reach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with IT tools and software for data recording and management including AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
