Location: Loudwater
A leading coffee company is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor in Loudwater to deliver exceptional customer support for Corporate Customers. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, manage inquiries regarding machines and stock, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy contact center, strong verbal communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
This hybrid role requires attending the Loudwater office a minimum of three days a week, including weekends.
