Aztrum is currently working with an innovative architectural practice that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design and consultancy services within the Residential and Commercial sectors.

They’re looking to bring on board an experienced Architectural Technologist who has a sharp technical eye and a genuine interest in producing practical, sustainable design solutions. This is a key role within the team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery across a range of exciting projects.

The role of an Senior Architectural Technologist:

Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams to develop coordinated design solutions
Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Advising on materials, building methods, and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Carrying out site visits and liaising with contractors to ensure work is carried out to plan and in line with regulations

Key Requirements of an Senior Architectural Technologist:

Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are a must; BIM experience is a big plus
Solid understanding of UK building regs and current construction practices
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with great attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to explain technical ideas clearly to both clients and colleagues
