RF Test Development Engineer

Location: High Wycombe
Rate: £35 per hour PAYE
Contract Type: Contract
Working Pattern: Minimum 4 days on site (5 preferred)
Citizenship Requirement: British National

We are looking for an experienced RF Test Development Engineer to support a new product development programme. This role involves hands-on testing and troubleshooting of advanced electronic sub-assemblies, working closely with design engineers to ensure performance and resolve technical issues across RF and digital domains.

• Perform hands-on testing of electronic sub-assemblies to meet performance standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in RF and digital electronic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and refinement.
• Use test equipment such as Vector Network Analysers (VNAs) to evaluate RF performance.
• Document test results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• British National (due to project security requirements).
• Minimum 3 years experience testing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of RF and digital electronics.
• Proficiency with Vector Network Analysers (VNAs).
