Test Engineer

Successful candidate must obtain full UK Government Security Clearance before starting employment with Ultra Maritime. Candidates may hold an active Security Clearance or may be eligible to obtain it.

• Carry out testing of items in accordance with documented procedures and complete relevant test documentation.
• Carry out fault finding to understand any failures and feedback to other departments (Production/Manufacturing Engineering) to aid process improvement.
• Repair and maintain test equipment where required.
• Support other Test Department personnel as required.
• Work to deadlines set by the Production Manager and the Test Systems Manager.
• Setup equipment to perform production testing.
• Raise MRBs/defect reports as required.
• This role would suit someone with experience testing electromechanical products in an aerospace/defence or high‑reliability environment.

HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject.
