Established over 50 years ago, this industry-leading organisation is now seeking a Trainee Engineer to join their team in High Wycombe. In this role, you will engage in a broad range of projects within the Commercial sector, including work for Schools and Healthcare clients. This is an opportune moment to join the organisation, as there is a strong focus on developing emerging talent, providing the training and expertise necessary to cultivate future leaders in the field.

Your role as Trainee Engineer will include:

* Attending client / site visits, updating projects as they progress

* Manage allocated budgets effectively

* Create and edit designs on Autocad

* Communicate with relevant teams when problems arise

* Oversea and manage projects from start to finish

As a Trainee Engineer, you will need:

* Relevant qualifications e.g. degree within Mechanical / Civil Engineering

* Experienced within Autocad and Project Management

* Have working knowledge of HVAC or Civil projects

* Desire to progress to a Supervisory level

* Drivers licence, as well as right to work in UK
