BMS Control Panel Design Engineer

Own EPLAN Electric P8 design from spec to build. Produce schematics, GA layouts, wiring/terminal schedules, I/O and cable lists, BOMs, and manufacturing outputs (wire lists, markers, drilling files).

Work closely with production through FAT to as‑builts.

Shape standards—libraries, macros and digital work instructions—as the business moves to semi‑automated manufacturing, improving build time, quality and traceability.

Engineer interfaces for HVAC plant (boilers, chillers, AHUs, heat pumps) and networks such as BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus and M‑Bus.

Success means clean packs, fewer queries, faster builds and visible impact.

Package: £45k–£50k, pension, 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays, discretionary bonuses.
