Permanent  Job Purpose To support the financial management of the organisation through preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role will also contribute to statutory reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. Maintain and reconcile key control accounts (e.g., fixed assets, bank, debtors, creditors). Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles. Support year-end processes including statutory accounts and audit compliance. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Support payroll, VAT returns, and intercompany transactions. Contribute to sustainability and ESG reporting (where applicable). Implement and improve financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik, Hyperion, Excel).  

Qualifications & Skills Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong Excel and accounting systems experience (e.g., Kerridge, Tagetik, Hyperion). Excellent numeracy and data management skills. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. UK driving licence (required for some roles).
