• Provide a caring, person‑centred service to individuals with daily living needs due to old age, disability or sickness.
• Support service users following their personalised care plans and work towards individual objectives.
• Promote service users’ progression, needs and wishes.
• Deliver day‑to‑day interventions and build positive relationships with clients.
• Work flexible hours across the week; contracts may be zero‑hour or fixed with rota released and reviewed frequently.

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
