Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional clinical leader to spearhead the strategic implementation of a pioneering digital application for Prostate Specific-Antigen (PSA) monitoring. This transformative initiative aims to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care, enhancing patient pathways and supporting national priorities for digital innovation.

Person specification Education Essential criteria

• NMC registered nurse
• Advanced Practice MSc
• Accredited ACP
• Completed NMP qualifications
• Leadership qualification

Desirable criteria

• ICH GCP

Special circumstances Essential criteria

• Ability to work cross site and regionally

Experience Essential criteria

• Significant post registration experience in clinical urology
• Experience in formulating protocols and standards
• Experience in clinical audit and independent research
• Managing financial processes and reporting within funded projects or programmes
• Familiarity with governance requirements for research and innovation projects

Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria

• Comprehensive theoretical and clinical knowledge of urological conditions
• Ability to analyse and report performance and financial data
• Knowledge of research governance processes
• Team leadership and supervising junior colleagues and other MDT members
