** Your Role in Carbery's Success
** You will join the Automation and Emerging Tech team, working closely with subject matter experts across the business to understand and automate suitable processes. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering intelligent automation solutions, with a strong emphasis on exploring and embedding new technologies, including agentic AI, into our automation landscape.

You’ll support the full delivery lifecycle, from analysis and development to production monitoring. The role involves identifying and analysing business processes, developing them into automation candidates, and continuously seeking opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in automation, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving are essential.
** How You Will Contribute
*** Develop and deliver intelligent automation solutions in an agile environment.
* Explore, evaluate, and embed agentic AI and other emerging technologies within automation projects.
* Track and monitor benefits, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development and adoption of frameworks and standards for new technologies.
* Collaborate with business users, support functions, Solution Architects, and Development Leads to understand requirements and technical landscapes.
* Optimise business processes and automate them using RPA and AI tools.
* Monitor and assess the performance of live automation solutions.
* Document requirements and replicate process steps using automation software.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, and communication.
** Key Ingredients for Success
**** Essential requirements:
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience with RPA tools is an advantage; a strong willingness to learn supporting automation and AI technologies is essential.
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills*.
** Highly motivated to learn, with a proven ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team.
** Desirable Requirements:
*** Interest or experience in AI, particularly agentic AI and its application in automation.
