Job Description

This role entails regional responsibilities for the EMA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa), leading and executing pivotal business technology projects on and around our CRM platform. Supporting sales, marketing and digital, in this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our CRM platform, including driving projects from conception to completion, establishing and managing a development team, ensuring technical solutions address business challenges with measurable outcomes and metrics, creating and implementing a cohesive technical roadmap aligned with key business priorities on the CRM platform.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for presenting and aligning leaders on business and technology strategies, managing licenses, financials, and metrics, consulting and collaborating with various technology teams on project execution, overseeing design governance and reliability, and leading development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and achieve desired goals. The TPM will also collaborate closely with business and solution leads to drive integrated digital initiatives and programs within the CRM platform.

Description
  • Drive the Butterfly Program (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for the Vision EMA to ensure localization of the global Med Tech implementation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships up and down the chain both withing business and technology teams in the region and globally where necessary.
  • Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define, shape and lead the business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Translate business strategy to technology solutions and articulately and effectively communicate the strategy and vision across the organization.
  • Have accountability for the solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Conduct experiments to test the real-world success of proposed solutions.
  • Estimate development and effort levels to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top business priorities.
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision, goals and encouraged outcomes. Define and ensure adherence to J&J processes and standards.
  • Proactively partner with various internal teams and other regional and global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems that add business value and are aligned with the JJV technology strategy as well as enterprise patterns and standards.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience are required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology positions, including multi-market deployments of a CRM platform delivering API-first architectures centered on mobile and web engagement solutions, is required.
  • 5+ years of experience and operational understanding of , Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms, including their product offerings and capabilities, are required.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and driving the delivery of Agile projects with globally diverse teams is required.
  • Completion of several full CRM implementations or complex IT projects from initiation, delivery to support is required.
