Vanta Staffing is seeking an experienced Manager to lead, grow, and develop our High Wycombe operation, recruiting across Commercial (Professional Office) and Industrial sectors, supplying temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

This role is ideal for a proven Recruitment Manager, Divisional Manager, or an ambitious senior recruiter ready to take ownership of an operation and build a successful, high-performing Vanta business.

The Role

As Manager – Commercial & Industrial, you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day-to-day management of the High Wycombe operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing Commercial and Industrial recruitment desks

• Driving temporary and permanent recruitment sales

• New business development and key account management

• Full P&L responsibility for the operation

• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing your own recruitment team

• Setting targets, KPIs, and managing performance

• Ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery

• Identifying new market opportunities and areas for growth

• Leading by example through personal billings and business development

• Working closely with senior leadership to grow a successful Vanta operation

• Proven experience in recruitment management or senior recruitment roles

• Background in Commercial / Professional Office and/or Industrial recruitment

• Strong experience delivering temporary and permanent recruitment

• Proven success in business development

• Commercially driven with strong financial awareness

• Confident leader who can motivate, develop, and retain talent
