• Oversee the on‑site mechanical installation, coordination, and delivery of large‑scale mission‑critical construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive daily progress meetings, report on milestones, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with design, commercial, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, health & safety regulations, and client specifications.

• A strong mechanical background with experience in HVAC, pipework, and building services systems.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
• The ability to lead site teams effectively, resolve technical issues, and maintain a proactive approach to project delivery.
• Willingness to be on‑site 5 days a week, with flexibility to travel or stay away as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
