Job Description

This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy, product performance, team development, and bringing groundbreaking products to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership and Vision Define long-term product vision, goals, and roadmaps across multiple products. Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.
  • Innovation and Market Impact Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation. Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers. Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, and other ELW teams.
  • Customer-Centric Focus Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights. Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Execution and Delivery Oversee product launches, positioning, and ongoing optimisation. Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial and Operational Excellence Manage cost targets, pricing input, and design-to-cost efforts with cross‑functional partners. Balance risks, prioritise initiatives, and ensure commercial success.
  • Stakeholder Influence Communicate progress, strategy, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Champion alignment across teams to secure buy‑in and accelerate delivery.
  • Travel Occasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and commercial training.
Qualifications
  • General requirements for the role:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with technical products.
  • MBA or advanced degree (desirable).
  • Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
