kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a busy and established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to join a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the forefront of the operation.
Key responsibilities

* Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming

* Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards

* Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs where required

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality and within agreed time frames

* Working closely with the workshop team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

* Maintaining spray booths, equipment and a clean working environment

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment

* Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems

* Ability to achieve high-quality finishes consistently

* Good time management and the ability to work efficiently

* Keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship

* Full UK driving licence
