Production Operative
Location:
Wymbush, Milton Keynes
Pay: £12.21 per hour (with a pay increase after 12 weeks)
Hours:
06:00–18:00, Monday to Thursday
Overtime:
Available but never compulsory
Looking for a role where you can work as part of a tight-knit team and build a long-term future? This Production Operative position could be spot on.
The Role
You’ll be working in a team of 2–4, moving metal materials through various stages of the production process. Materials range from 6kg to 40kg, and anything heavier is always done as a two-person lift — safety comes first.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Handling and moving metal components
Working closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
Following safe lifting practices at all times
Keeping your area tidy and organised
