We’re supporting a specialist manufacturing business in High Wycombe that is looking to add skilled Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to their production team. The Role
Working within a dedicated production cell and reporting to both the Production Manager and Cell Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the assembly of electro-mechanical components and products. You’ll follow clear work instructions, drawings, and verbal guidance to ensure products are built to a high standard and on schedule.
What you’ll be doing
Electro-mechanical assembly
Using hand tools such as cutters, crimp tools, screwdrivers and soldering irons
Following work instruction sheets, drawings and verbal instructions
Producing parts and assemblies in line with the company’s quality management system Communication & coordination
Updating supervisors on progress, delays, or quality-related concerns Production standards & safety
Supporting 5S and maintaining a safe, organised work environment
Following relevant health, safety and environmental policies Training & flexibility
Training provided on additional equipment (in-house or external)
Carrying out similar tasks as needed across the department What we’re looking for
Required
Ability to read, write and interpret written English accurately
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to read & understand mechanical and electrical drawings
Skilled with hand tools and soldering Desired
Confidence using measurement tools (multimeters, continuity testers, micrometers, verniers, etc.)
Comfortable using a computer to enter/read information (Word, Excel or equivalent) Why apply?
