Dream Medical are working with a friendly but thriving GP Surgery in High Wycombe and have a Maternity 6 Month post for an experienced Practice Nurse. This is a 40 hour per week post over Monday – Friday; no weekend work is required

You must experienced in Chronic disease management for this role. The following skill sets are desirable: cytology, travel vaccines, child and adult immunisations, spirometry, B12 and other injections, smoking cessation and healthy eating/weight loss advice, Asthma and diabetes reviews

The successful candidate will:

• Be registered with NMC with valid pin
• Have relevant qualifications & experience
• Have updates in place for Cytology, travel vaccines etc
