Location:

Luton, Bedfordshire, England (LU1 2LT
). Requirement:
Full UK Driving License. Position will deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and maintain outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

• Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
• Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
• Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation.
• Report site hazards and relevant information to management.
• Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.

• Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments.
• Good understanding of smartphone technology.
• Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
• PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus.
• Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles.
