What we are after?

We need a person to proactively and professionally manage and grow local corporate sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer service. This office‑based role requires commercial awareness, communication and relationship building skills.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and manage sales with businesses in your local area and ensure delivery against sales targets.
  • Manage existing and create new relationships at your site.
  • Grow accounts and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate the involvement of sales, marketing, pricing, operations and service delivery teams and use your relationship management and strong communication skills to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build a portfolio of strategic local corporate accounts and develop new relationships to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to winning new customer accounts including making presentations, engaging in negotiations, ensuring follow-up and producing necessary documentation.
  • Manage the overall sales pipeline to ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development of effective business strategies, priorities and market propositions, drawing on own knowledge of local markets, competitors and end customers.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives designed to raise awareness and generate leads and new business opportunities.
  • Comply with required standards of sales excellence and best practice, operating effectiveness and efficiency, in line with all legal and regulatory requirements.

What experience do you need?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team. You will be a dynamic salesperson responsible for the process from start to finish, thriving in a target‑driven environment with a strong drive to succeed.

Ideally, you have experience selling solutions via new car retail or a corporate background, or experience working in a brokering environment.

  • Have the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.
  • Excel in relationship building, influencing and negotiating, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess highly effective sales, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing proposals and opportunity pipelines.
  • Be highly methodical, able to multi‑task and prioritise while paying close attention to meeting targets.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, working with detailed proposals and CRM systems.
  • Be reliable and dependable.
