Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling while continuing to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives, we’d love to hear from you.
- Provide skilled nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being
- Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support STNAs and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Flexible PRN scheduling

Hourly Rate: $38-$42
