Primary focus on the facilitation of Freight Invoices related to production material.
Core role is managing Freight Invoices – processing from different suppliers, service validation, making sure they meet contract, getting invoices ready for payment.
Ensuring Freight Invoices are only processed when the actual service is provided.
Processing of Freight Invoices related to inbound / outbound material which fluctuates in line with production volumes.
Collate metrics, analysis and general administration related to Freight Invoices and shipping performance.
Providing Administrative support to all areas of the Shipping department.
Candidates need to have previous experience in a similar role in the Freight / Transportation industry, and be familiar with Freight terms and Incoterms.
Candidates must have good Data Analysis skills within Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Formulas
