** The Opportunity
** As
** Manufacturing Engineering Manager**, your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to
* Overseeing manufacturing engineering teams and developing the personnel that perform and support the plant operating functions.
* Monitor and report on project health, including issue management to ensure People, Quality, Velocity and Cost targets are achieved.
* Facilitate the development of manufacturing process solutions work with functional teams, using a range of tool e.g. process flows, PFMEA’s, control plans. Promote lean and quality as a focus within the business.
* Project management – Full scope, development, budgets, resources and management of NPI or Improvement projects (Technology/Efficiency/Quality) from initiation to production and program completion.
* Leading tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing, etc.
* Managing development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realise operating goals and objectives.
* Leading the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
