The successful candidate will perform compression moulding of aerospace rubber components and handle various tasks including cutting blanks and operating compression presses. The hourly rate is £12.21, with benefits including holiday accrual. Applicants must have previous machine operating and moulding experience, and be comfortable in hot environments.
