A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Moulding Operative for a permanent role in Hinckley. The position involves the compression moulding of aerospace rubber components and requires experience in machine operation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot environment and possess a positive, hardworking attitude. The role offers a temp to perm transition, with an hourly rate of £12.21 and benefits including accrued holiday.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 15:30, and Friday mornings.
