Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Resolve local networking issues and perform remote desktop support.
Install, configure, and update software, drivers, and OS as required.
Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking within SLA.
Deployment & Configuration
Configure and deploy new desktop and laptop systems.
Set up local network printers and coordinate with vendors if needed.
Customize desktop applications to meet user requirements.
Asset Management & Inventory
Assist in asset tag control and maintain hardware/software inventory.
Work with hiring managers to order hardware/software for new employees.
Server & Network Support
Support daily technical activities for server management.
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Documentation & Ticketing
Maintain accurate ticket documentation in line with SLA.
Follow up with clients to ensure systems remain functional.
