Business Development Representative

XYZ AI, Inc, the parent company of StealthGPT is looking for highly motivated individuals who want to further their SaaS sales career in a rapidly growing AI environment in a pioneering role.

• Engage in extensive outbound prospecting to connect with new prospects via phone, email, Linked In, and other relevant channels, and connect with decision makers.
• Comfortable utilizing AI solutions with prospecting and sales.
• Be an integral part of our rapidly growing team by providing feedback to leadership team.
• Qualify in; qualify out fast against business criteria such as needs, use cases, fit with our solutions.
• Manage leads accordingly.
• Update contact and opportunity information in CRM.

• 2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar AE role, preferably in tech.
• Experience preferred in building outbound systems/processes.
• Comfortable working EST hours.
• Passionate about sales and AI.
• Open minded to AI sales solutions.
• Relentless drive to hit/exceed quotas.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly activity metrics and generate a high volume of SQLs.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
