The OpportunityAs our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Audit Manager to join our team and help develop our audit services. You’ll play a central role in managing and expanding our audit offering, supporting our clients, and helping build a strong audit team.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
Develop audit strategies, time frames, and ensure deadlines are met
Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to the growth of the audit client base
Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members
Stay current with UK GAAP, auditing standards, and key tax implications (PAYE, Corporation Tax, VAT)
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3-5 years post-qualification audit experience
Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
Experienced in managing audits and leading teams
Confident with PCAS Audit Programmes (ideal, but not essential)
Professional, personable, and a natural relationship builder
Driven with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Eager to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment
