Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a reputable client based in Huddersfield, who are now seeking a Senior Architect to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to work on high-rise residential and new build residential housing developments. The successful Senior Architect will have an integral role shaping the future of housing and regeneration projects in the area. They are known for tackling complex projects with both creativity and technical precision.

Senior Architect Salary & Benefits

Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Senior Architect Job Overview

Working across RIBA stages 2-6 on both refurbishment Residential and new build schemes
Using Revit for concept design to construction issue information
Meet with clients to discuss drawings
Lead a small design / technical team
Attending site and speaking to contractors
Production of planning, building control and construction issue drawings

Job Requirements

Proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD
ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector

Experience with Design and Build contracts
Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield
Full UK driving license
