Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a reputable client based in Huddersfield, who are now seeking a Senior Architect to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to work on high-rise residential and new build residential housing developments. The successful Senior Architect will have an integral role shaping the future of housing and regeneration projects in the area. They are known for tackling complex projects with both creativity and technical precision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architect to be part of a dynamic team that drives change, builds communities and leaves a lasting mark on the built environment.

• Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience

• Working across RIBA stages 2-6 on both refurbishment Residential and new build schemes
• Using Revit for concept design to construction issue information
• Meet with clients to discuss drawings
• Lead a small design / technical team
• Attending site and speaking to contractors
• Production of planning, building control and construction issue drawings

• Proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD
• ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
• Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector
• Experience with Design and Build contracts
• Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield
• Full UK driving license
