Responsibilities- Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies
- Contributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews
- Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing
- Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required
Previous experience is not a requirement for this role as we provide 3 weeks classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts.
