To play a key role within the manufacture of our sustainable fabrics. The role of a Multi‑skilled Operative is crucial for ensuring that our fabric pieces are accurately and efficiently prepared for assembly, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall beauty of our products.

• Adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.
• Operate griege room machines, tumbler, bagging and dry‑cleaner.
• Ensure weft is kept straight whilst packaging the cloth for the next machine.
• Push carts from one area of the factory to another.
• Maintain stacking and storage so that walkways and access points are clear.
• Follow procedures on worksheets for different fabric qualities.
• Assist in general preparation duties in the factory (multiskilling).
• Keep the machine in a clean and safe condition.
• Report any faults or inconsistencies to management.
