• Support your supervisor in the production of healthy and nutritious meals each day.
• Undertake the duties of the Catering Manager in their absence, including all paperwork and administration.
• Manage paid time off at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
• Work term‑time only, Monday–Friday, with flexible weekend and evening availability.
• Maintain the café and canteen to a high standard of health and safety and food hygiene.
