Pay & Contract

Base pay range – £12.74 per hour. Sleep‑in shifts at £60 per night. Travel expenses paid at 45p per mile. Permanent contract.

Location & Hours

Holyhead or Llangefni, Anglesey. Full‑time, 37 hours per week, including weekends and sleep‑ins.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively support individuals with learning disabilities to make their own choices and set goals for everyday decisions and larger life decisions.

• Empower people to follow through on these choices, participate in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills.

• Offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities such as paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected.

Who we’re looking for
  • Patience and empathy.
  • Ability to support personal care with respect and dignity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to speak on behalf of clients and to a range of professionals.
  • Good written skills and ability to record events with empathy and meaning.
  • Full driving licence – essential for transporting individuals.
