What You’ll Do- Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines
- Build trusted relationships
- Encourage training, volunteering and employment
- Keep clear digital records
- Work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
Sleep-ins are part of this role:
Once a week you’ll work an afternoon shift, stay overnight, open the project at 8am and finish around 12–1pm.
Each sleep-in is paid at an extra £45
.

A genuinely supportive team environment
You’ll be empathetic, reliable, self‑motivated and comfortable using IT systems.
Experience in housing, youth or social care is great but the right values and attitude matter most.
You need to be able to drive for this role
Enhanced DBS required (we pay for this).
