Shunter Driver

We are currently building a new team of drivers for our partnership with British Gypsum at our Kingspan depot in Holywell.

We are looking for shunters. The salary is £30,700 per year. You will be working 4 on 4 off, 12‑hour shifts, with Christmas and Bank Holidays off! You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and ongoing training including annual CPC and many other perks. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

• You will be safely driving our HGV Class 1 and Shunt Vehicles in a courteous manner
• Covering Shunting requirements on our customer’s site
• Making sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeys
• Driving the latest equipment and operating to safety standards
• Collecting backload where required
• Safely operate our vehicle delivering British Gypsum products
• Driving the latest Scania tractor units where safety is utmost in our minds (FORS Gold Standard)

• Valid LGV C+E Licence
• An up to date CPC and DIGI card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licence
