Administrator – Care & Support

Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland, including specialist care and support facilities for frail, elderly and people with learning disabilities.

Hours: 30 per week
Location: Radius Offices, Holywood
Reference: FHA

Salary: £25,583 (SP5) – £26,824 (SP8) per annum, pro rata

Responsibilities

The Administrator will provide clerical, administrative and secretarial assistance in support of Care & Support services.

Requirements
  • Good general level of education, at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, inclusive of English and Maths (minimum Grade

    C), AND at least one year of administration experience working in a business environment, including operation of a computerised system.
  • OR QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent qualification, AND at least one year of administration experience working in a business environment, including operation of a computerised system.
  • OR 3 years of relevant experience in the last 6 years working in a business environment including operation of a computerised system.
  • Experience of providing a high standard of customer service in person and in correspondence, including working with confidential information.
  • Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Evidence of effective team working.
