** The Role
** As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will play a key part in supporting our busy residential sales team while developing essential industry skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing high-quality property particulars using MS Publisher
* Communicating professionally with vendors and prospective buyers via telephone and email
* Coordinating and conducting property viewings to deliver an exceptional client experience
** Requirements:
*** Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* GCSE English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* A full UK driving licence with daily access to a vehicle

This is a full-time position that includes on-the-job training and dedicated study time to support your apprenticeship.
