Position: Rip Curl Retail Store Manager F/T | Queens Marketplace (Parental Leave Contract)
Location: Urban Honolulu

An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Full Time Retail Store Manager to manage our Queens Marketplace store for a fixed term parental leave period! Available from February 2027 until August 2027.

Duties include:

• Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Reporting results as required
• Managing rosters, recruitment and development
• Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience

• Having the availability to work a roster expected within a retail environment with extended store hours
• A crew member that has demonstrated experience in retail management
