Rothy’s in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Keyholder to lead with a service-first mindset on the sales floor and support smooth store operations. You’ll role-model exceptional customer experiences, coach peers, and, when needed, serve as Manager on Duty to uphold brand standards.
You are 18+, have 1–2 years in retail or customer service with some leadership, can work at least 16 hours/week, lift up to 25 lbs, and wear the brand’s footwear as part of our dress code.
