As a Mobile Expert
, you’ll help customers find wireless products, plans, and accessories that fit their needs. If you’re outgoing, interested in technology, and enjoy creating great customer experiences, this role offers uncapped earning potential.

• Earn $17–$20 per hour in base pay, plus uncapped commission. Team members who meet minimum expectations typically earn $22–$25 per hour in total compensation, while top performers earn $30+ per hour

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Deliver five-star customer service by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending solutions that fit.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise products, manage inventory, and help open and close the store.
• Work toward sales goals as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

What It Takes

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive, energetic approach.
• A basic working knowledge of wireless technology and current trends.
• Full-time availability and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous sales or retail experience is considered an asset.
• Successful completion of a background check and eligibility to access military bases.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
