IT Maintenance Engineer

As an IT Maintenance Engineer you will:

• Be responsible for laptop preparation for employees and resolving various desk-related issues
• Be responsible for network project construction and daily maintenance
• Be responsible for office solutions
• Follow HQ IT for tests or IT implementations
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Handle other related activities and contingent assignments

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related fields
• 1 year of IT support-related work experience
• Fluent English language skills
• CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are advantageous
• Chinese language skills are beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
