Salary : £28,000–£32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic finance team within a successful and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in transactional accounting who enjoys working across both purchase and sales ledger functions, as well as supporting month-end and general ledger processes.

• Maintain and reconcile purchase and sales ledger accounts
• Process invoices, payments, credit notes, and staff expenses accurately and promptly
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cashbook management
• Support month-end close processes, including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with VAT returns, accruals, and prepayments
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
• Provide ad hoc reporting and project support to the finance team as required

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
• Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting systems (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
